We are pleased to informed you that MIWA Techno (S) Pte Ltd., ( “ MIWA “ ) has acquired the manufacturing business for our laser cleaning machines from us, Ataru Engineering Pte Ltd. with immediate effect.

With this acquisition MIWA will take over the manufacture, sale and service of the Ataru brand laser cleaning machines.

MIWA is a Singapore incorporated company involved in the manufacturing, servicing and maintenance of a wide range of products for cleaning and automation industries.
